Terms and Conditions:
- The competition closes 6pm on Thursday 30th November 2023. Prize winners will be notified by the telephone or email provided on the entry.
- The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. HPNZ may substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
- Trustees, volunteers, and contractors of Healthy Pets New Zealand, and their immediate families are not eligible win the prize draw.
- Honesty is expected for artist age.
- By entering this competition you are giving permission for your artwork to be publicly displayed. The results will be published on Healthy Pets New Zealand website and Facebook pages along with a copy/photo of the winning entries.
- Healthy Pets New Zealand judges decision will be final
- Healthy Pets New Zealand will only use any personal information collected during the prize draw to administer the prize draw and will not use this information for marketing the HPNZ charity in the future.
- Personal information will be held by HPNZ c/o NZVA, 44 Victoria St, Wellington. Subjects of personal information have the right to access and request correction of any personal information held about them in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
